Emerald Roofing considers itself a partner, liaison and problem solver, not just a roofing contractor. We offer new clients free visual roof inspections to help them get the most from their roofing dollar. These inspections help building owners determine:

• if the roof is suitable for repairs in-lieu of complete replacement
• if the roof is eligible for a long term maintenance program
• if the roof is code compliant
• budget and life cycle costs for roof replacement
